About us

Community Recycle Cycles CiC is a Community Interest Company. We run informal education programmes, recreational activities and issue based training. We target work at young people, parents and communities and fund this work through the profits of a cycle shop.

The shop is staffed and run by young people and volunteers. We sell refurbished bikes that have been donated by the public, bike accessories and offer service and repair. With a unique pick-up and drop off service and mobile repair unit. We also target large organisations to supply fleet cycles and service contracts.

All profits go back into our work to;
• Train volunteers and support further personal development
• Run bike clubs for young people to learn.
• Run Homework clubs to support schools and families.
• Run programmes for NEET (not in education employment or training)
  to support them into college or employment.
• Organise events and trips.
• Offer one-to-one mentor support.

What we need
• Business with a strong community conscience to support us with us with
  sponsorship or resources.
• Financial support and donations to help fund our work.
• Volunteers. - Help us make contact with individuals and other organisations
  that can help develop the project
• Use us! Come and buy a bike or let us repair yours. Recommend us to others.
